I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, licensed clinical supervisor, speaker, educator, and founder of Columbia Counseling. I believe mental health support should extend beyond the traditional therapy room and be accessible in the spaces where people live, work, learn, and connect.

With over seven years of clinical experience, I have worked with adolescents, adults, and families from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, with a focus on trauma, identity exploration, multicultural concerns, healthy relationships, immigrant communities, and marginalized populations.

In addition to providing therapy, I offer workshops, presentations, and mental health education for organizations, schools, community groups, and other audiences interested in creating healthier and more connected communities. My approach is practical, culturally responsive, and grounded in the belief that mental health education should be understandable and useful in everyday life.

I also provide clinical supervision and have been a licensed clinical supervisor since 2024. I enjoy supporting both individuals and professionals as they develop greater self-awareness, confidence, and skills.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Western Oregon University and a Master’s Degree in Marriage, Couple and Family Therapy from Lewis & Clark College. I provide services in English and Spanish.
