Bringing Mental Health Education Beyond the Therapy Room
Mental health education should not be limited to the therapy room. I believe people and communities benefit when mental health conversations are brought into workplaces, schools, organizations, retreats, community events, and other spaces where people connect.
As a therapist, educator, speaker, and clinical supervisor, I bring a practical, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed perspective to mental health education. My goal is to make complex mental health topics approachable, relevant, and useful in everyday life.
