Virtual Therapy Services

I provide one on one specialized mental health services through Headway.

Information on therapy services

Our first therapy session is a collaborative space designed to help you feel heard, respected, and supported. This time is an opportunity for you to share your story at your own pace. We will begin identifying your goals and discussing what feels most important to you.

I value and honor your lived experiences, including the knowledge, strengths, and perspectives shaped by your culture, upbringing, and life journey. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to work alongside you to support growth, healing, and meaningful change.

Clinical Supervision for Associate Therapists

I provide clinical supervision to associate-level therapists working toward independent licensure in Washington State. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented, with an emphasis on clinical skill development, ethical practice, self-reflection, and confidence in your work with clients.

Whether you are beginning your clinical career or looking to strengthen your therapeutic approach, supervision offers a space to ask questions, explore clinical challenges, and develop your professional identity.

Supervision Hours at a Glance

  • LMFTA → LMFT: Up to 200 hours of approved supervision

  • LMHCA → LMHC: Up to 100 hours of potentially qualifying supervision

  • LSWAIC → LASW: Potentially qualifying supplemental supervision toward the required 90 hours

  • LSWAIC → LICSW: Up to 30 hours of potentially qualifying supplemental supervision

Eligibility and the number of hours accepted toward licensure depend on Washington State Department of Health requirements, supervisor qualifications, and the candidate's individual licensure pathway. Social work associates must obtain the remainder of their required supervision from appropriately qualified social work supervisors.

Clinical Supervision Rates

  • Individual supervision: $125 per 60-minute session

  • Triadic supervision: $75–$85 per person, per 60-minute session

My Approach

My supervision style is collaborative, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed. I aim to create a supportive environment where therapists can strengthen their clinical judgment, navigate complex client dynamics, deepen self-awareness, and build confidence in their professional practice.
