Anger Management Classes
Take control of your anger and build healthier ways to cope—without leaving your home. Our virtual anger management classes are based in the Tri-Cities (Pasco, Kennewick, and Richland, Washington) and are available online to individuals from every state.
Our program is designed for those seeking personal growth as well as individuals who are court-ordered or required by employers. Led by a licensed therapist and Certified Anger Management Specialist, these classes use evidence-based approaches to help you understand the root causes of anger, improve impulse control, and develop effective stress management skills.
Through our secure online sessions, you’ll learn practical tools to manage triggers, communicate more effectively, and respond to difficult situations with clarity and confidence—all from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
