About Me

I have a strong educational foundation on issues of depression, anxiety and trauma, and I am familiar with the implications and potential setbacks such disorders can cause. My background includes 10 years experience working with multicultural and first generation adolescents and families. I want to honor your own experiences and knowledge you have gained through your culture and upbringing. I aim to create a safe, comfortable and collaborative environment in order to understand and document your story. I am happy to introduce you to mental health treatment and assist you to get on going services, as needed. I have specalized treatment in trauma treatment, multicutltural lense and marginalized communities. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Western Oregon University, and my Master’s Degree in Marriage, Couple and Family Therapy from Lewis and Clark College. I offer services in English and Spanish.
